Abstract submission is done through EventClass. You will be asked to create a login name and password. After logging in, you will be guided through the abstract submission workflow.

Please limit the abstract length to 300 words.

Following the ICOPS tradition, all conference abstracts will be published on IEEE Xplore

Following the PPC tradition, all authors that submit an abstract to the conference are encouraged to submit a paper for the conference proceedings. For regular contributions the paper should not exceed two pages in length (similar to an ´extended abstract´). For publication in the proceedings, it is required that the content of the submitted paper is presented by the author or one co-author, as poster or oral talk at the conference. More details will be provided later.

As per ICOPS tradition and considering the size of these conference, two special refereed issues of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science will be published based on the papers presented at the conference.

The authors of plenary, invited, and selected Fusion-Workshop talks are invited to submit the manuscripts to IEEE-TPS for the April 2026 Special Issue. Call for papers can be download here.

All other PPPS 2025 attendees are invited to submit their papers to the Biennial IEEE TPS Special Issue on Pulsed Power Science and Technology to be published October 2026. Call for papers can be download here.
