Women in Engineering Event
The Women in Engineering event is sponsored by Sandia National Laboratories.
PPPS2025 will host a Women in Engineering event at the conference hotel on Monday, June 18, 2025, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. The symposium is organized by Dr. Johanna Neuber from SARA Inc., USA.
Dr. Eva Kovacevic, Professor at Université d'Orléans and board member of the European Physical Society Plasma Physics Division, will give a brief talk regarding her experience as a woman in engineering.
Emily Schrock (SNL), Chair of the NPSS IEEE Pulsed Power Science & Technology Committee, will provide insight into how to get involved in the various IEEE committees.
